If so you can ask the Dr to prescribe for OT, PT, bathing aid, nurse follow up (Diablo 3 Gold). Ot?PT should be able to help teach you how to properly roll your father for both sponge baths and changing as well as help properly assess his physical abilities.
Has the Dr provide you with any type of diagnosis: depression, dementia, etc? Is your doctor a GP or a neurologist or even a gerietrics specialist. You may need to find someone who specializes so your father can be properly diagnosed.
You may want to provide more information regarding your father's care/abilities, diagnosis and perhaps someone here may be able to give you so more insight.
In the meantime search for a caregiver support group and get involved with it (Diablo iii Gold). They often are a great resource for information, experiences, and referrals.
