Drinking water properly

Many doctors advice their patients to drink more water (D3 Gold), but here is a question that how much water the body need a day or how much water we should drink every day. Everyone knows he needs to drink water. There is some advice from all kind of resources. It is said that people need to drink about 5-7 cups waters. That is to say people need every day to drink the water of the 1000-1200cc. Most people think drink 8 glasses of water (2000cc) is good for health. But people do not know that drinking too much water will cause trouble to the body. Water's intake is the same like that of calorie. How much it need, then how much it is to be supplemented. As far as I know there are no scientific evidences to show that drinking plenty of water will be able to multi-detoxification. On the contrary, a person drink too much is extremely easy to out of the balance of electrolyte (sodium, potassium will lose) and water-soluble vitamins (such as the B group and C) is easier to lose. So how much daily drink water is thought to be right? According to the study, generally, people need every day to drink the water of the 1000-1200cc at most and 500cc at least. Not too much nor to less. Do not drink water only when you feel thirsty. When you feel thirsty, it is a single for that your body needs water seriously.
